Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is pleased to invite community members, families, and partners to an Open House on January 29th from 2-4pm CST to celebrate the community’s recent deficiency-free survey, a meaningful achievement that reflects the commitment and dedication of its Care Team.

This open house is an opportunity to come celebrate with us, tour the community, meet our Care Team members, and learn more about the high standards of care provided to residents each day. Light refreshments will be available as guests join in recognizing this important milestone. Earning a deficiency-free survey highlights Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation’s focus on quality, safety, and regulatory excellence, as well as the teamwork and compassion demonstrated throughout the community.

In addition, Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation will share updates on recent renovations and recognize its5-Star Overall Rating, including 5 stars in Quality Measures, reinforcing the community’s continued commitment to excellence and ongoing improvement.
