Greenville Nursing & Rehab is excited to share resident Aline Cartwright’s Success Story!

Aline Cartwright was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on November 24, 2021 under the care of Dr. Mahesh Moolani. During the course of her stay, Speech Therapy was initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Aline’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition to the next level of care.

Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Ms. Cartwright and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On January 26, 2022, Aline was successfully discharged to long-term care. Congratulations to Aline and her Care Team on their success!
