Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Reathel Carter’s Success Story!

Ms. Reathel Carter was re-admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation from home on January 13th, 2023 where she decided to stay in long-term care. Upon admission, Ms. Carter required assistance with her transfers, walking, and daily living activities. She worked with therapy to determine a plan to regain strength and independence. When she was discharged from therapy services, she was able to transfer and walk short distances with minimal assistance and had increased her independence with daily activities!

Ms. Carter enjoys joking around, socializing with fellow Care Team members and residents, and participating in community activities, especially Bingo. We are so happy she has decided to call Greenville her home. Congratulations to Ms. Carter and her Care Team on their success!
