Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Virginia Caswall’s Success Story!

Ms. Virginia Caswall has been a cherished long-term resident at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation since April of 2022. Known for her vibrant enthusiasm, Ms. Caswall loves to engage in our community’s social activities, bringing joy to everyone around her.

Recently, Ms. Caswall experienced a decline in her functional endurance and mobility, which affected her independence with transfers and ambulation. However, after being evaluated by our skilled physical therapy team, she fully committed to her rehabilitation plan. Thanks to her dedication and the support of our team, Ms. Caswall has made incredible progress, returning to her previous level of independence with transfers and ambulation! The Care Team members and fellow residents at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation are incredibly proud to have Ms. Caswall as part of our community. Her positive spirit and determination continue to inspire us all!
