Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to recognize resident Betty Adams’s Success Story!

Betty Adams was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a right hip fracture. During her stay, Occupational and Physical Therapy started to identify Betty’s unique needs and specialized treatment plans efficiently and effectively to successfully transition back home where she lives independently. When Ms. Adams admitted, she needed maximum assistances with her daily activities of living along with requiring assistances for transfer and assistances when walking with a walker. She showed great progress and motivation to return home. When Ms. Adams discharged to home, she was able to complete her daily activities of bathing/dressing and toileting with modified independence and supervision for transferring and walking using a walker. Congratulations to Betty and her Care Team on their success!
