Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to recognize resident Bonnie Lyon’s Success Story!

Ms. Lyon was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation last month due to a right fractured hip. Bonnie participated in our Physical and Occupational therapy to increase her overall strength. Upon admission, Ms. Lyon required minimum assistances for all functional transfers and was only able to ambulate 10 feet with a rolling walker requiring Contact Guard Assistances. After demonstrating amazing progress and motivation, Bonnie was able to discharge home independently last week with recommendation for Home Health services! Congratulations to Bonnie and her Care Team for their success!
