Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Charlotte Dockery’s Success Story!

Ms. Charlotte Dockery was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation for short-term rehabilitation after a recent hospitalization. She required increased assistance with self-care tasks, transfers, and walking. Ms. Dockery received skilled physical and occupational therapy and demonstrated great participation and progress, and was able to increase her balance, muscle strength, endurance, and independence with her self-care needs! Our Care Team members also completed training for her and her spouse to manage her glucose levels and administer her insulin medication. Ms. Charlotte made gains rapidly and could return home after a brief period! Congratulations, Ms. Dockery!
