Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is so excited to share resident Clara Quisinberry’s Success Story!

Ms. Quisinberry admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation on June 23rd due to an infection after a recent back surgery. Upon admission, Clara was unable to transfer from her bed, take any steps, complete independent activities of daily living, and couldn’t walk without extensive assistance. Clara was incredibly determined to heal and was motivated to participate in physical and occupational therapy. With a lot of commitment and hard work, Clara was able to regain the ability to transfer, walk with a walker, become independent with self care, and manage stairs and standing again with only minimal assistance!

Clara stated that she really enjoyed participating in her daily therapy, otherwise she knew she would not be strong enough to go home and perform her daily tasks without “a lot” of help. Clara also stated that she enjoyed attending activities, especially BINGO and socializing with her fellow residents. Congratulations to Clara and her Care Team on their success!
