Exie Gilland’s journey at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation began as a long-term care patient, facing challenges with mobility and self-care independence. With a comprehensive therapy plan in place, encompassing all forms of therapy, Exie embarked on her path to progress! Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the therapy team and Exie’s unwavering dedication, remarkable improvements were achieved. Exie regained her independence in mobility and selfcare, culminating in her successful transition back into long-term care after just 16 days.
