Glenda Cox admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in October of 2021. During the course of her stay, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy were initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Glenda’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition to the next level of care.

The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Ms. Cox, and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On January 14th, Glenda was discharged back home to her family. Congratulations to Glenda and her Care Team on their success!
