Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Harold Bivins’ Success Story!

Mr. Harold Bivins was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in February following a brief hospital stay. Upon admission, he required increased assistance with transfers, ambulation, and activities of daily living. Through dedicated Physical and Occupational Therapy, Mr. Bivins made remarkable strides in his recovery—gaining strength, improving balance, and building endurance. In just a few weeks, he was able to complete transfers and ambulate with modified independence using a rolling walker or a wheelchair for longer distances. He also began performing daily tasks with minimal assistance.

One of the highlights of Mr. Bivins’ stay is being reunited with his wife, who is also a resident in our community. They cherish spending time together each day. Mr. Bivins has chosen to make Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation his permanent home, and we are honored to welcome him into our family.
