Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Jerry Rose’s Success Story!

Ms. Jerry Rose was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in September of 2019 for long-term care. She is a very caring, spiritual woman who enjoys being around her friends at our community and loves to participate in community activities. In October of this year, she was evaluated by Physical Therapy after a fall for generalized weakness and difficulty with transfers and walking independently. Ms. Jerry’s motivation and participation in therapy to regain her independence was amazing! She demonstrated slow but steady progress with physical therapy goals. We are proud to announce that she was discharged from skilled physical therapy in December 2022, being able to complete her transfers and walk independently again! Congratulations to Ms. Jerry and her Care Team on their success!
