Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to recognize Jerry Rose’s Success Story.

Jerry Rose admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on September 16, 2019, under the care of Dr. Mahesh Moolani.  During her course of the stay, Occupational Therapy was initiated on January 3, 2022, to efficiently and effectively identify Jerry Rose’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition her to her prior level of function. The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Jerry Rose and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed.  Jerry Rose, after demonstrating great progress and participation, successfully discharged from skilled Occupational Therapy on January 27, 2022, to long term care. Congratulations to Jerry and her Care Team on their success!
