Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Penny Anderson’s Success Story!

Ms. Penny Anderson was admitted to Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation after a fracture of her left leg, which left her unable to return home. Upon admission, she was dependent with her transferring and needed a lot of assistances with completing her daily care task. Ms. Anderson enjoyed taking part in therapy and enjoyed being around other rehabilitation residents. Her husband and daughters were incredibly supportive with her therapy and participated in caregiver training to be able to help her with tasks and transferring once she returned home. Ms. Anderson, after a lot of hard work and determination, was recently able to discharge back to her home with her husband. We gave her a “Red Carpet” farewell. Congratulations to Ms. Anderson and her Care Team on their success!
