Success Story: Vickki Johnson
October 5, 2021Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation is proud to recognize Vickki Johnson’s Success Story.
Vickki has been a resident since April 2021. She transferred from a facility in Owensboro, looking for an atmosphere that was less institutional and more personal. That’s when Vickki came to Greenville. She said “I knew right away this place was different.” She loves the friendliness of the staff and compliments them on their caring and hard work. When asked about the food, Vickki has rave reviews, adding “They make the best taco salad you have ever tasted!” She also sings the praises of the therapy department and how they make the rehab programs fun and enjoyable.
In Vickki’s leisure time, she enjoys reading authors like Stephen King, Danielle Steele, and Debbie Macomber. She also enjoys painting and crafts. Her favorite activity is bingo. She’s had several favorite movies in contention, but settled on “Cast Away” with Tom Hanks. “Fried Green Tomatoes” and “Steel Magnolias” were also in the running. The Greenville community is so happy to have Vickki as a resident. It’s amazing being able to see of all of the improvements she’s made while staying here.
